My on/off dial also came off and ever since I had it repaired I get an error message "E04" and can't use the video. I sometimes can get it to start immediately after charging the battery once I shut it off, it won't start again. I've tried replacing the battery but still get it. I can't get an answer from JVC or the authorized repair shop as to what this error message means (it's not in the manual). Anyone have a clue? Also, when it does start up it sounds different than before the dial came off - like it's having difficulty starting and revving up.
