Hello. I am having an issue with my digital video camera. When i try to turn it on, the display says CONDENSATION and it does not leave the screen. I have a JVC digital video camera. Model # GR-D30U. I would really appreciate it if you could give me some trouble shooting advice that perhaps i could do at home. I have already removed the battery and put it back on. Please let me know asap. I would like to know if I have to take it to a repair guy or resolve the problem at home. Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you soon.

I am having trouble getting a picture on my camcorder (GR-D70U). When I turn it on I only see black through the lens and/or through the screen. It looks like the cap is still on the lens. I can not understand what is going on. I have had it for a little over a year and have already had to have it fixed. I thought I could get some advise from someone in hopes that it is a simple something that I am doing wrong and not an expensive problem that I have to get fixed. PLEASE HELP

Hi, I have a JVC camcorder model GR-DVF31 that does not play the tape. It shows a display of "DIFFERENT FORMATTED TAPES". This camera traveled from asia and back to USA. Please advice on how to troubleshoot

we have a JCV 700x Mini DV camcorder for our church to record the servise, but if you leave it also for about 2 minutes it goes to a demo mode and starts fading in and out, i need to know how to turn this of..thanks ~Josh~

I have a jvc gr-dvm90 where the video will not function because of a reoccuring E04 error message "UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE REMOVE AND REATTACH BATTERY" removing and reattaching battery doesn't fix the problem even after the battery has been removed for a week and the video tape removed from the camera. Your recomendations?

Tape is accepted side. I could 't play or record .. I am getting different formatted tape error. I tried to reset by removing the battery and putting it again. Please let me know what can do? THanks
