The F61 code just started on my less than three day old Panasonic DVD Home theater system (SC-HT441W). Any suggestions on how to solve this or at least get my DVDs out of the tray? Thanks.

I have a Emerson DVD/VHS record combo and when I try to record using the DVD I get a error message " E4 54037380" I have cleaned the lens but nothing seems to help. I have tried different blank DVD's ( Maxell, Sony, Staples) no change. Do you have any ideas? I've already considered tossing it. Thanks

My CD player/changer gives me the message " Initializing". It is a GM 6 disc unit in a 2003 chevy Tahoe. It will not play. Just sits there. I live next to the ocean. I get the message when I turn the ignition on. Turning the unit on and off with the power knob yields no message. HELp! Thanks!

I have a mvc-cd500 that gives the c:13:01 disc error. I have read that this error can be caused by a malunctioned lens arm that can be removed and straightened. Could you please provide detailed instructions on how to get to and remove this lens arm. Thanks KG
