Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com. I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available. Please refer to this site if you contact me. Thank you. Stacy Sample Service Coordinator Houston, Texas

Hi I have a Sony DAV S-300 dvd player and have had it for around 6 years. Recently I've been getting the c:13:00 error message on some dvd's. Others are fine. Can you help me solve this problem? Regards

My JVC GR-SXM750U camcorder says that the lens cap is still on. We have only used this a total of 5 or 6 times. If you have any clue I would appreciate your help. Thank you, Melanie

Hi Stacy - saw your post on Pechorin's and I hope yopu can help. I have a UVW1800P that has just been fired up after a period of no use. First tape I put in was fine, I fast forwarded thro' the bars (sounded a bit clunky) and hit play, when the error code 02-694 appeared. Nothing I do clears it. Are you able to help? Many thanks, Geoff Ide Oxygen 12a Churchyard Hitchin Herts UK SG5 1HR +44 (0)1462 636800

I own a SONY A100 DIGITAL SLR CAMERA. Bought it new about 5 months ago. In the past couple of weeks I have been getting an error code if I try to take a shot using normal light input. The shutter closes very slowly and the error code that comes up is : 0x5b that is 0x5b and that is a zero, not an O. If I point the camera down to a poor light source - it works fine, no problem. Only when I raise the camera and try to take a normal shot with normal daylight input directly into the lens, the shutter closes as if it were a very long exposure and the error code comes up. Any ideas? Regards David Llewellyn

I own a SONY A 100 DIGITAL SLR CAMERA. Bought it new about five months ago. In the past few days, when I want to take a picture where "normal" or full daylight enters the lens I get an error code 0x5b that is 0x5b (that is a zero not an O) If I point the camera down towards a poor light source, it works absolutely fine, but as soon as I raise the camera and try to take a shot, the shutter closes very very slowly and then that error code comes up. But the camera self checking software comes up with OK every time. Any ideas please? Regards David Llewellyn

Hi, I saw your message posted on a site called Pechorin.com and was wondering if you know what this code means for a Canon NP3225f copier, the code I get is E0. When I turn it on, it does nothing except blinks this error code??? Thanks, Christiane

Last weekend while changing a cd we received "cd err fo". Now we can't load, eject or play the cds. Is there any way to correct this. There seemed nothing out of the ordinary just prior to the problem.

Hello, I'm having the same problems with the error code. It spits out the CD. The jeep only has 20K oon it. I've tried a head cleaner so far. John M
