Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  Hello I took your advice about contacting you! Hopefully you might be able to help me...
  I have the Lens cap error and have fixed it once but only as a fluke , I am not sure what I did. But, now the error has returned.

    Use a Sony TRV-250 to record Church Services for the shut-ins. It will not stay on. Gives a C31:22 error after about 5 seconds of being on and continues to flash. Also, if you hit reset, it will work for abaout 5 seconds then give the error again. Please advise if possible. Thanks, Jerry

  Hi...I drive a 2000 hyundai elantra and I have been receiving an Er6 message when I put a cd in the player. I was wondering if I just need to get a cleaner or if the problem is more complicated.

  I bought a used jensen JD404 from the jucnkyard. The radio works fine but when I put a CD in the screen show E-4. Has anyone else had this problem and what was your solution?

    E-4 is short for error 4... (guess you figured that out) and erro4 4 is can't recognize the CD either one of these are the problem: 1- CD is scratched 2- Cd Player needs cleaning or 3- The CD laser is burnt out...

  Hi. I have a Sony Handycam DCR-TRV17 Digital camcorder. When I turn on the camera, I get a beeping sound and I get an error code that flashes C:31:23

    I have discovered this on another support forum so I can't take credit for it but, incredibly, if you put a tape in your dcr-trv17 sony camera or similar cameras, close the tape door, and, with the camera off...uh...smack the camera pretty hard a couple times. Then eject the tape, reinsert it and turn the camera on. The C:31:23 error message should go away. I know it sounds crazy and I was unsure if I should beat my camera up when it wasn't working but it really did work. Good Luck.

  Hello your the only person who knows what to do. I have a sony TRV250 and the codes 31:22, and 31:20 keep popin up and askin me to eject the tape what should i do andy help will be greatly appricated. thanks
