Hi my video camera was working fine and now the door with the tape in it is stuck open and won't close the code it is reading is C3230 Thank you I appreciate it.

I also have an error code like C:31:30 & C:32:30. Tech. Service said that isn't a mechanical problem, but a broblem on the control card. Can it be true. Or do i have another solution to fix it. Camera is a SONY TRV33E.
