Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com. I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available. Please refer to this site if you contact me. Thank you. Stacy Sample Service Coordinator Houston, Texas

Hello, I have a JVC GR-D70 and has worked fine in the past 6 months. One day after I taped some snow scenes (from inside the car) I turned it off and left it in the car for at least an hour. I went back to continue filming and the camera was completely dead. It has never turned back on since then. I took it to the battery story and they said the battery was completly dead. They try their battery but the camera did not turn on at all. This is very mysterious and I need some help please. I dont know if a camcorder this new can just collapse. Thanks Ioane

Hi Stacy I have a panasonic sa-dm3 home theatre system which came with the H02 error about a year ago now. I have read different places that it is a spindle error and that a "gentle" shake can fix the problem. The unit has always been very sensitive and didn't like playing cd's with more than the usual number of songs on. Can you give me some advice. Kind Regards Jim Ball
