I was able to fix this. The complete switch assembly is part# LY20421-003D for $125 from JVC. You will need a very small Phillips screwdriver, and you'll need to unsolder the mic from the old unit onto the new unit. I would go slow and be careful, not wanting to strip the screws or break anything else! A magnifer is helpful. Good luck to all.
