We need to locate replacement parts or whole CD player replacement for Broan Intercom units installed in the early 90's. Have you had any experience with the CD players in these units? and do you have a way to get parts or pieces?

I have a cream (off-white, ecru) IM-4006. On the master unit, The door on the left bottom came off. The 2 black plastic hinges broke off at the crease. I would like to replace the hinges. The part of the hinge that is not screwed to the door is in the frame slot. I know I have to somehow remove the broken off part from the slot, screw the new hinges to the door and slip the new hinges into the slot. Can you help me? Gordon Poer 919-969-7430

We moved into a 10 year old home with a NuTone Music Intercom 3003 series. We would really appreciate instructions to the unit. We are able to speak to the rooms from the master unit but unable to speak from the rooms to the master unit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, MB

IMA 4006 is not working is there an easy replacement for the main unit only all room intercoms are fine.

I am looking for two replacement parts for our intercom/music system. The outdoor control boxes (the plastic thing with the volume control knob, intercom controls) have gotten so old that one speaker will not work at all and the other one is working but needs to be replaced. Our home was built in the late 80's. Do you have any suggestions as to how to replace these items. One control box and aluminin speaker work fine, just need it to look better. The other box won't work, hence, the speaker is useless. Thanks! B

Can you help me update my NuTone 3003 series music intercom? I am looking for stainless steel faceplates and possibly an update to allow a cd player.
