My DCR-PC110 Sony Handycam's flasher stopped functioning. It started givin a error message called E91:01 I found out later that a specail circuit board inside the camera had be damaged along with the micro transformer. The circuit board No. is PIU-110-11MC-5-10, EP-GW. Is there anyway I can get this circuit board ? Or can u give me any advice how to repair this problem

I am looking for the side handle (Where your hand grips the camera, and says Sony on the outside) for a Sony HVR-Z1U. For some reason someone took it off and now can't find it. Thanks, Dana Bayne

I have a Sony EV-C8u Video Cassette Recorder which was put back in working order not too long ago. My problem is that I put a cassette tape in it that was bad, and it got all wound up in the machine and won't eject. The tape is important to me, and I would like to get it out without damaging the machine, but I cannot figure out how to open the unit up. I have removed all the screws I can find, and I can get the bottom off, but that leaves the tape carriage still encased in the top. I took two screws out of the door to the tape compartment, but I can only loosen the cover, not remove it. Can you tell me the secret to getting access to the tape compartment, so that I can untangle the tape and get it out of the machine? (After I tried to play the tape, the machine went through the noises that it usually makes to load the tape, and did it two or three times, then it went silent, the Eject light blinks, and nothing happens when I press the Eject button.) Thanks for having this wonderful website. Bill McKim

Looking for a SONY floppy drive used on a SONY BVC-10 Betacart. The drive model is OA-D32W. These drives were also used in late 80's HP PC's. Thanks

Sir /Madam Would you be able to provide me with a spare part for a sony CCD V800 camcorder - a fairly old model. I am looking for a replacement eye piece monitor - the internals i.e. the tiny TV tube is a few inches long attached to a circuit board which I would want complete. I have opened it and established details on the Tube which read citizen 2400 with other small numbers reading 10 and 1z. The eye piece plastic housing number reads 80114530P. I would really appreciate if you could do something to help. Best regards Philip
