I own a JVC DVD/VCR Combo unit (Model#HR-XVC1U) and am having trouble with the remote. While working on some audio equipment, I accidentally laid a tape deck on top of the keypad on the remote (#X-076D0FB010) and I think I scrambled the brains inside. Any way to get it re-coded? It still sends an IR signal but it won't operate the unit any longer. I hate to replace it as it is in perfect condition otherwise. Thanks for your help!
