dear all ,
my sony tv kv-g14q2 was no sound this problem occured during the power fluctuation , during this all tv option was reset the color was set black and white all channels saved was cleared .
i tried to repair this problem by the replacing of the sound ic ta8248k and the eprom ic 24c04 but the sound still not working .
would you please help me to solve this problem
