My hubby & I were sitting here laughing at the fix for error code c:21-00 but we couldn't get our camera to work...tried hair dryer, letting it sit open. We figured it couldn't hurt so we tried hitting the bottom of the camera with open palm...WORKED!! As funny as it sounds....everyone's suggestions were brilliant! THANK YOU!!
