I purchased a Sony Bravia HD/LED 46' on October 5,2010. My TV would not power on 9/20/2011. I called in the service repair order on 9/27 and I have been given the run around ever since.
I was told that "World Wide Tech Solutions" will be contacting me to confirm an appt...to the contrary I was contacted by this Worldwide Tech Solutions, to be told " We are cancelling the appt that Sony made, because we must order a part." My thoughts were how can you order the part, if you have not examined the T.V? Whatever you are the "professionals", 3 long weeks, and 7 unsuccessful calls later, here I am with a broken TV. I will NEVER purchase another SONY product
