I have a 8mm handycam (CCD-TRV55E) that was left unused for two years. Presently it won't turn on, eventhrough battery shows 7V when measured with a multimeter. No lighting on any panel even when connected through battery charger. Sony service centre refused servicing. Can you please suggest a way out?
