Model Onida TV 14" Smart, Sound is there but no picture. Only a horizontal thin blue line is appearing on the TV screen.

Model Onida TV 14" Smart, Sound is there but no picture. Only a horizontal thin blue line is appearing on the TV screen. Please suggest what might be the problem and what parts to be replaced. Also please provide the circuit diagram for this model if any one has.
