We have a JVC I Art Tv. A 1 year old got a hold of our remote control and now there is a big black box taking up half of the picture! It disappears temporarily while you give it a menu command. We have tried pushing various buttons. The baby is gone or we would give him the remote back to provide the fix. Can you help?. Thanks
