hi there, do you have a multimeter, if yes, then measure the voltage on on the green cathode it will be lesser than the red and blue, either your driver transistor mounted on the c.r.t board will be short or the diodes connected to is base or emitter will have problem, check thoroughly and replace whatever needed, if the problem still persists, then chances are that your c.r.t has gone bad (rare case) regards
