problem recording

Since the last time I used my cam I cannot record anymore ,It always stops and says "unit in safegauard mode' and 'Detach battery and attach again' and sometimes "condensation mode please wait"..What do I do? Havent used it in a year, was in a dry place in my house and today the same messages came up again.Even when I look at what I ve recorded ,same messages . Thank you for helping. Ginette
