I have to thank you for the fix. I turned the pot (small screw recessed in the circuit board) and the blinking stopped immediately. Is it just me or did anyone else notice the audio not sinking up with the pic if you go a little to far? Any way I think I might get to xmas before we have to replace. And who cares anyway if it shortens the life of the tube... the tv was useless without the turn of the screw.
