HomeSony TV trinitorn model failed in 2 years After lodging complaint, the service fellow came and changed parts with an additional charges of 20% of the TV cost. The next day onwrds again giving problem. Again informed them & service fellow yet to come. I have written many mails to Sony India Customer care division & not getting any proper response to close my issue. Sony TV became real "Idiot Box" Sony India product and services are unreliable.
