I've fixet it, without schematic, but....

Hi I wish to know what's the transistor Q7 on the mainboard of this scanner (Epson perfection 1650 photo) The mainboard is B146MAIN-B . I've fixed this device,without schematic, but Q7 has been totally destroyed by a short circuit in the inverter transformer. I've replaced this transformer , and replaced Q7 with a generic NPN power transistor(no smd) , but, in order to obtain the exact 24V d.c., I've been forced to increase base polarization. Now my scanner is OK, but I don't know what's the exact transistor Q7 Regards
