cybershot memory stick error 13.01

I did exactly what the other person did. 1.Turn off camera 2. Take out Memory stick take a pencil eraser and rub the gold contacts real good, til they are shiny. 3. Put back in camera Turn camera "on" 4. Go to "set up" mode. and then go to "format" reformat it. 5. Go back to camera mode. Your done it should start working.
