CLUELESS SERVICE CENTER OF PANASONIC

Hi Divy, My Fz28 digital camera is switching on and off but the selector, review,; swivial dial and others are working only times and at other times they're not responding. When given at the nearest Panasonic Service center there're asking me to wait for weeks together telling me that the selector button failure and they have to import it from Malaysia or singapore.They are not telling me price or the exact nature of the problem.Should i take back from them or is there a light at the end of tunnel Please help Manoj
