upgrading Digital Photo navigator Ver. 1.5 so it will work on windows 7

When I try to install Digital Photo navigator Ver. 1.5 to my Sony Inspiron with windows 7, the message says the program was ment for earlier versions windows 98, windows 2000 etc. Can you tell me if there is an upgrade I can use or am I just out of luck with this Windows 7 version.
