Have a Google search for electronic component shops nearest to you, and as far as the 25 ohm speaker is concerned apart from getting the right size in the physical sense as far as technicalities are concerned its not at all critical, so anything from about 18 to about 40 ohms would work just the same without any problems being experienced.
