How to connect doorbell chime module to IM-03003 system.

I have an IM-3003 system in our house that works perfectly. I purchased an IA-28 doorbell chime module to install. The module mounts fine and there is a 4 pin connector on the IM-3003 board near the RCA jacks. Is this the connector that the IA-28 connects to and if so is the cable stripe oriented so that it is "up" (away from RCA jacks) or "down" (near RCA jacks). Also there is a pair of wires (white and black) currently not connected to anything. Are these part of the chime connections and if so how do they connect. Thanks for any replies, as I cannot find the info for this any where and it is not covered in any of the User Manuals or Installation Instruction sheets I have.
