Although a certain range of models can suffer from that problem for one particular reason which in 99% of cases can usually be rectified by the owner, albeit in a somewhat unorthodox manner! however if it shows up in another range of models then its for a different and more complex reason all together, so anyone making this type of complaint should "ALWAYS" state what model they are referring to then assistance can be given as necessary.
