Guys, what can one find on internet... congratulations! I have one high definition Sony HDR-HC9, which last week fell into a swimming pool with my wife who successfully helped our son out who fell there in the first place... So, as you can imagine camera was literally swimming. I opened every door(apart of tape,which was inside...) placed it at the sun and waited few days.... On plugging it to mains it displayed c:31:40 error, which disappeared after.... hitting it with hand on the bottom and using some hair-drier !!! CHEERS TO ALL
