I am amazed.... The 'Rodney King' approach actually worked!!! (on our FD2000) I'm the one in our workgroup who is constantly trying to **protect** the electronic equipment in our office from this type of "troubleshooting". Being a reasoned, scientific method kind of guy, this kind of situation drive me nuts! I'm the one who is always trying to decode laments of "this thing is broken". Can we be more specific? Geeeze, I hope no one saw me do this!!!! Thanks!!!
