repair my mp4 player

the problem Started since I formated it. After that it does'nt work any more. How can I solve it. I don't have the CD. I think that I ereased that the program it uses to recognize the disk . marck : Pasbuy Firmware version :CBD CO. , LTD 2009-08-28 9.5.54
