Video stipes on AV-48WP30

Not quite sure if this is a convergence issue or exactly what. But I have stripes from top to bottom (verticle) orientation. Convergence adjustment seems to be impossible though. sound is good and this started suddenly. Any thoughts? Technical description or instruction is fine as I have an electronics lab in the building.
