Need service manual for Philips 55PP8620 DPTV325 2002

I inherited this huge screen tv in near new condition however, there is an 'F' on the top right hand side of the screen and would like to know how to disengage it/turn it off. The previous owner tells me it has something to do with the 'child lock' feature. Have managed to get into menu and locate child lock feature however, it requires a four digit access number and don't know what it is. Can anyone help me out how to remove this "F" off the screen?
