Hello Warren Just came across your site after searching for error code 70081 on my Sony Video recorder (10 years old). I was watching a video this morning and fast forwarding. Took the video out as it was almost at the end when I put it back in the error message came up. I have some great episodes of Grand Designs (UK program) and I don't want to lose them.
