Isn't it rather obvious that if you have carried out the users non technical approach and it hasn't completely cured the problem then its time to consult your local repair shop. Although in the end it doesnt really affect the advice given, but you should also have mentioned exactly what you referring to brand & model wise as there isn't any reference points in what you mentioned.
