Need Manual

Just bought a 30 year old house with Nutone IMA 303. When i turn on the radio it just squeals, is it worth messing with? Would like to upgrade it if possible. There are wires coming in the master box for every speaker in the house, is that good or bad? I really would like to find a manual also. Any help would be appreciated!
