The power to the unit shuts off in less than 5 seconds in all modes except when power is Play Back (lowest power setting)… There is NO problem with the battery/power system

This has been a useless video camera for me. It has less than one hour os usage will lots of problem. The power to the unit shuts off in less than 5 seconds in all modes except when power is Play Back (lowest power setting)… There is NO problem with the battery/power system I wish JVC stop making junk equipments,..
