Cyber shot DSC-H20 system error

cyber shot system error c:32:01

I used my camera last night and it was working perfectly, I have just this morning plugged it into my computer to download pictures and the System Error message has occured on my camera screen and I cannot upload photots. Any idea how to solve this?

me paso lo mismo pana!...no se que hacer y no puedo ver ni grabar videos. por ahi lei que hay que formatear la tarjeta, pero no estoy seguro...avisame si sabes algo, saludos!
