Dear Sir, Plse be so kindly to assist me to my tv set JVC hv-32d25euw. Recently I hv deficulty to open figure of my tv. When I put on the tv, the figure not open and on screen I see a green rectangle which moves over-down. After many atemppts with the main switch I can open the figure, after that the tv works ok.
