In the last year or so JVC has removed a mass of instruction manuals from its support site and seemingly passed them over to companies who sell them on, however this is the procedure for setting the clock on the KD-S13 which I think "might" be the same as the S10. Set clock on KD-S13. Hold SEL Button. Select item with up and down rectangular button on the right side of radio. Set or adjust with volume knob. Push SEL when finished to store.
