Its virtually impossible to give any solid advice to this sort of question as so many things can apply as far as no power is concerned, however if the red light on front of the TV does not light up then that can indicate that the sets main input fuse "might" have blown, or that the fuse inside the TV's mains connector plug has. (only applicable dependant on location / type of plug used) Electronic knowledge and a test meter being essential for correctly diagnosing these type of problems.
