help with samsung cz21m063n model tv schematic and ic m50436-560sp pin detail.

this tv has power supply problem. sound is ok but not the screen. it is green with notepad lines. varying the lopt pot for screen voltage to minimum does not blank the screen. thus either my power supply is too much or the lopt is now bad. help with schematic. then also the ic m50436-560sp pin configuration (datasheet)is wanted.
