My camera just start saying "DISK PROTECTION" it won't take any pictures. I don't have a USB port on this camera. I want to take some picture's but the darn thing won't do it.

I've had this camera for almost 9 years now and never had a problem till a week ago. It reads DISK PROTECTION in the view find and won't let me take any picture's. I use floppy disc's in it and always have. I have memory sticks that go in a floppy made for the memory,but haven't tryed it yet. Anyone know a fix for this camera. I paid $500 for it and I guess I got my money out of it but, I have so many Sony things and this is the first thing to have a problem. Any info would be greatly wanted. Thank you...Mike
