I have absolutly no idea lol

I was givin a sony trinitron tv. no problem turning it on all picture bleaches out comes back and then immedietlt bleacheds out agin and again and again till i get mad and turn it off.. ne one know a way to fix it cheap hint hint by myself... or any info on it would be great..
