Most likely but not by anyone of a non technical variety, as it suggests that the correction magnets around the neck of the tube have been jolted out of alignment and will need to be reset back to their correct positions.
As the set is a few years old the original positions they sat it may well show up as dust free areas which would give assistance for re-positioning back to the original position, and so this could be rectified on site by an engineer as high voltages exist close to the area they are located in.
