Bought a touch screen 16gig MP3&4 player with camera on "Craigs'List" and I can not seem to ge it to work.

I bought this from a guy on "craigs list". It seemed to be working great when I picked it up. But I can not seem to download any thing to it. It came wih a small disc. The device does nothave a brand name on it.But when I plugged it in to my computer it said it was a PMP device. I would appreciate ANY help at all. Thank You.
