My JVC Everio has stopped working unless it is connected to the charger after less than a year. The model number is GZ-MG630AU. The battery if fully charged and funcional. The battery was given a diagnostic check by a reputable battery center. The store that I purchased it from only passed the buck to the JVC company number. What can I do to get this repaired?
