My daughters boyfreind gave me a JVC KD SH-99 for my wifes car. It's used and before I installed I thought I would check it out. I plugged up the hot leads, the ground and one speaker. The radio works great but the cd door won't open. So far I have tried resetting, pulled the fuse and reset and also pushed the eject and face plate adjuster button and held for several secounds. You can hear it whirring like the actuator is trying to function but it seems like the door is stuck or glued down. Any suggestions? Ty
