This is an extract from one of many pieces of info on the MX7000 and the reason that a manual as such will not be an easy thing to obtain, as they arent officially made.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There are several items for sale on Ebay which are described as a Sony or JVC 4.1 megapixel camcorder, model number MX7000 - before buying one of these camcorders the following should be taken into consideration.
Being manufactured in East Asia the MX7000 is an unbranded camcorder, it is NOT a Sony or a JVC or any other name the rip-off merchants wish to stick on it. Most people have bought a fake designer handbag or item of clothing in their lifetime, the MX7000 is a perfect example of fake electronics.
Don't get me wrong - the camcorder DOES WORK as a camcorder but it is not Sony quality, it has a dummy viewfinder on the top, and only seems to function using the LCD screen. I was lucky enough to find this information on Google before bidding and managed to buy my MX7000 for just £30, then it's worth it - but do not be fooled by it's appearance, it's in no way worth more than £50.
If you do purchase an MX7000 bear in mind that you need software drivers to enable communication with your PC and, of course, you will NOT find these on Sony or JVC's website so make sure that the camcorder is complete with software.
