Sony Trinitron: Cant get rid of box in right top corner.

Not sure if it's a picture in piture box, however, I can't seem to get rid of a box in the top right hand corner of my TV. I think it's the TV and not the Rogers cable box, which I've tried everything on. Does anyone know what I need to do?
